The newly opened centre in Wells opened its doors in December 2020 as a brand new construction. The centre consists of:- 5 light Industrial Units ranging from 474 sqft to 483 sqft.- Office suite including 12 offices ranging from 107.64 sqft to 163.61 sqft- 2 meeting rooms for up to 10 people with interactive screen technology.
