Positioned as a hybrid between serviced and leasehold setups, managed spaces involve leasing premises obtained and overseen by a third party exclusively for your use.
This offers a blend of serviced office flexibility alongside the assurance and autonomy of a leased arrangement, without the need for upfront capital expenses or unforeseen dilapidation costs upon departure.
Leasehold
This is a more traditional form of office rental. It involves leasing the office from a commercial landlord over a period which is usually in excess of 5 years.
You not only get the space but also have full control over a number of internal aspects like decoration and room layout.
